Privacy Policy

• Your name and email, which you enter to start the quiz.
• The industry and subcategory you select, and your brand name if you choose to enter it (it's optional).
• Your quiz answers, which we use to find your brand's story, its character and its ending, and your Brand Score.

• To show you your One Page Brand report, with a first draft of your brand story.
• To email you a link to that report, and, if you choose to join, to send you the BrandBite newsletter.

• Your report isn't stored in a database. It lives in its link: the link carries your answers, your brand name, your category, your Brand Score and the first draft.
• Anyone who has the link can open the report and read your answers. Share it only with people you'd show them to.
• If you ask us to delete your data, we remove you from our email list, but we can't switch off a link that has already been copied or forwarded.

• We use Resend to send the report email. It keeps your name and email.
• If you join BrandBite, we use Beehiiv to send the newsletter. It keeps your name, email, brand name, category, results and report link.
• Vercel hosts the site.
• The first draft of your brand story is written by Anthropic's AI model from your story, character, ending and category. It never sees your name, your email or your brand name. If you use Make it yours, what you write is sent to the same model to rewrite your draft. We use it for that one rewrite and don't keep it.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand how the quiz is used in aggregate (for example, how many people finish it). It doesn't track you across other websites.

• You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
• You can ask us to show you or delete the data we hold about you. Just email us.
